Doing Good Deeds is Beneficial to your Health?

You're right, according to some medical studies done, one of the ways to stay healthy is to keep yourself happy through doing good deeds. They don't have to be done deliberately; instead, do it if you deem the situation fit for your actions of kindness.

If you are a subscriber of Times, the last issue has a rather interesting article on how happiness affects your life.

Always keep yourself happy; nothing's too difficult to overcome. Sometimes, all it takes is a bit of patience and hard work to get what you want, done. Life's too short to be unhappy all the time. I have come to realise that; no matter how unhappy one can be, one must always try to make oneself happy.

Even if you are unhappy, there will always come a time when you bounce back to your "original settings"; that of being at a certain level of happiness. There is this funny little gauge that is inside everyone of us; sure, we can feel bouts of extreme happiness or sadness at times, but it all resets itself back to where it started, in time. The only difference here is the speed of which you reset your feelings. The faster, the better.

Only you and you yourself can determine the outcome and the experiences of your life. Why not take control of it today?

So long as it is.
Life is not what 'words may say'.

Happiness is all that matters.
But how often have we taken that for granted?
If not for the moments of pain, rejection & sorrow,
to remind us -
how good it is to be happy once again!

All the best to your projects and exams to come.
I won't be going for the concert.
I just realized that,
I grew out of it.

All the best for all your projects too!

Well, concerts are places of learning for me; aids my singing course that I am taking now. A form of relaxation maybe? But, no longer do I feel the anxiety and happiness from years ago running in my veins now. However, I will still pretty much enjoy it.

Take care dude.
